Hello, I’m Becca! 👋 A Salt Lake City, Utah local, Graphic Designer & Hand-Letterer
I am currently a freelance designer looking for a full-time position. I studied at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa, where I received my BA in Graphic Design and minor in Interactive Media. I currently have 10 years of professional design experience, including my internships with great companies like Meredith Corporation (Des Moines, Iowa) and 818 - a tiny design empire (Des Moines, Iowa). Working in the design field has given me the proper courses and training in typography to construct various types of marketing materials.
My personal design style is very clean and simple, but I’m also good at adapting and following other design guidelines, even if the style differs from my own. I always want to make sure I am pushing myself and producing the best work possible, so I’m constantly researching trends and competitor products mostly in the retail industry. I’m also very driven and I love collaborating with others!
In addition to design, I love running, golfing, snowboarding, growing/propagating my abundance of plants, exploring the great outdoors, hand lettering (a little too much), and spoiling my two cats, Stella and Luna!
